Porter

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by assisting with the transport of luggage, packages, and other items as needed. Responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, providing assistance with their luggage, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in designated areas. You will also be responsible for delivering items to guest rooms, handling requests for additional supplies, and ensuring that all public spaces are tidy and welcoming.

In this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, as you will be the first point of contact for guests. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with guests and addressing their needs promptly. Additionally, you will be required to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Physical stamina is important, as the position requires lifting and moving heavy items throughout the day.
