HMP Millsike - Case Admin

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Admin to join our team at HMP Millsike. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing case files and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow regarding inmate cases. Your primary duties will include processing incoming case information, maintaining comprehensive records, and assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation for legal proceedings. As a Case Admin, you will also be tasked with liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments for case reviews, as well as managing sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical, as you will be interacting with diverse individuals, including inmates, legal representatives, and staff members. A background in administration or legal support is preferred, along with proficiency in relevant software applications to streamline case management processes.
