Learning Support Assistants – Part Time

Location: L33 Area, Liverpool

Full‑time and Part‑time positions available

The Role

Milk Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within a supportive primary school in the L33 area of Liverpool.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers in KS2, providing consistent, compassionate support throughout the school day. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils
• Assist pupils with sensory integration, communication needs, and emotional regulation
• Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
• Foster pupil independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants

• Experience supporting children with Autism and/or PMLD (school or care settings)
