CDM & Contractor Compliance Advisor

CDM & Contractor Compliance Advisor   Based in Stevenage with 3–4 days on site
  Salary up to £52,000 + Bonus + Overtime
  2-Year Fixed Term Contract   If you know CDM 2015 inside out and want to influence how major projects are delivered across a national estate, this is your platform.   We’re looking for a proactive CDM professional who can step into a busy UK-wide portfolio and add value immediately. You’ll work alongside Project Managers, Facilities teams and external contractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and properly.   This is not a desk-based advisory role. You’ll be visible across sites, carrying out inspections, supporting audits, guiding Principal Designer responsibilities and strengthening contractor compliance standards.   What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting delivery of CDM 2015 across a diverse construction portfolio
• Assisting with Principal Designer duties for small works
• Carrying out site inspections and investigations
• Providing competent advice to project and FM teams
• Driving improvements in compliance processes and reporting

What you’ll bring:

• NEBOSH Diploma or Level 6 equivalent
• IOSH membership with active CPD
• Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015
• Confidence working across multiple live projects
• Ability to influence, not just advise
