Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team, covering Wisbech and the surrounding areas. This role is split between the office and the warehouse floor, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads under pressure while working both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Flexibility to work weekends when required

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all operational staffing requirements are met across the site.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting registrations and interviews, completing compliance checks, and preparing candidates for their assignments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending regular meetings to understand and plan recruitment requirements.
• Meet regularly with the 24-7 management team and site management to ensure excellent service delivery and achieve operational objectives.
• Manage absence, conduct return-to-work interviews, and ensure disciplinary procedures are followed where appropriate.
• Promote and enforce site Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with your line manager regarding staffing levels, recruitment activity, and operational updates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company procedures and relevant legislation.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience within the industrial, warehouse, or transport sector is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
