The role

This is a people-focused role where you will act as the point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You will build relationships, check in with clients regularly, answer questions, provide updates, and ensure every client has a positive experience. 

• Building strong relationships with clients over the phone and by email 
• Acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries 
• Providing exceptional customer service and support 
• Gathering feedback and ensuring clients remain engaged
• Working alongside the SEO team and provide performance reports and google rankings to clients 
• Maintain customer records up to date on the CRM.
• Working closely with colleagues across different teams 
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships 
• Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems
