Associate Dentist / Gillingham, Kent / Full or Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Gillingham, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are considered.
• Full time or part time opportunity, up to 5 days per week.
• Surgery space Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm and Friday 8.30am-2.30pm.
• Days and hours to be discussed.
• Permanent Associate role (self-employed) with a 3 month notice period.
• Practice belongs to an independently owned dental group.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Established list from outgoing Associate.
• Between 4000-6000 UDAs at £14 per UDA.
• 50% split on Private revenue.
• Plenty of opportunity to upsell Private.
• Average earnings range between £55,000-£170,000+ per year – depending on the number of days worked, UDA target and Private skillset.
• Dentist will be paid on a monthly basis.

• 6 surgery dental practice.
• Hygiene support available.
• Computerised with R4 software.
• Access to Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo.
• Practice offers General Dentistry, Implants, and Cosmetic Dentistry.

• Under a 45-minute drive from Chatham, Rochester, Rainham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Gravesend, & Dartford
• 4–5-minute walk from Gillingham railway station.
• Direct trains for London via the Victoria Line plus Medway towns, Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Faversham, and Canterbury.
• Gillingham is a town in North Kent, located close to the border of South East London

Requirements:

• GDC registration
• Active performer number
• Enhanced DBS certificate
