Are you a Security Service Engineer based in Sheffield looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive servicing works across a range of commercial sites throughout Sheffield and South Yorkshire, ensuring security systems are kept fully operational and compliant. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems across multiple commercial sites.
* Respond to reactive service calls, diagnosing and resolving faults in a timely and efficient manner.
* Complete accurate service records and reports for all works carried out on site.
* Liaise with site contacts and customers to ensure minimal disruption during service visits.
* Identify and escalate any system deficiencies or upgrade opportunities to the relevant team.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining commercial security systems.
* Proven hands-on experience with intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems from leading manufacturers.
* Experience working across multiple commercial sites in a field-based service role.
* Full UK driving licence required.
* SIA licence (desirable).
* NSI or SSAIB-recognised installer qualification (desirable).
