Are you a Security Service Engineer based in Slough looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites, ensuring all installations are operating to the highest standard. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on security systems including intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV.
* Diagnose and resolve faults on a range of security equipment in a timely and professional manner.
* Complete all relevant service documentation and reports accurately following each site visit.
* Liaise with clients on-site to provide updates and ensure minimal disruption during servicing activities.
* Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency breakdowns as required.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 3 years of experience servicing and maintaining security systems in a field-based role.
* Proven knowledge of intruder alarm systems, access control, and CCTV from recognised manufacturers such as Texecom, Paxton, or Hikvision.
* Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and system schematics.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SIA licence (desirable).
* NSI/SSAIB-recognised installer qualification (desirable).
