Are you a Security Service Engineer based in Bournemouth looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and fault resolution of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites, ensuring all equipment is operating to the required standard and in line with industry regulations. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems to manufacturer and industry standards.
* Diagnose and resolve faults on a range of security systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
* Complete accurate service records and job reports following each site visit.
* Liaise with clients on-site to provide a professional and customer-focused service.
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant British Standards and health and safety requirements.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining security systems in a field-based role.
* Hands-on experience with intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems from leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Texecom, Paxton, or Hikvision.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system documentation.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SIA Door Supervisor or SIA CCTV Licence (desirable).
* NSI or SSAIB accreditation awareness or FIA membership (desirable).
