Are you a Security Service Engineer based in Milton Keynes looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned maintenance, reactive servicing, and fault-finding of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites, ensuring all installations meet the required standards and client expectations. Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems to manufacturer and industry standards.
* Respond to reactive call-outs, diagnosing and resolving faults in a timely and professional manner.
* Complete accurate service records and job reports using internal management systems.
* Liaise with clients on-site to provide updates on works carried out and advise on any remedial actions required.
* Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant British Standards and company procedures.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining security systems in a field-based role.
* Demonstrable knowledge of intruder alarm systems, with experience of brands such as Texecom, Honeywell, or Pyronix.
* Experience working with access control and CCTV systems from manufacturers such as Paxton, Hikvision, or Axis.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SIA licence (desirable).
* NSI/SSAIB-recognised installation or service qualification (desirable).
