Holt Engineering are currently recruiting for experienced Cable Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Poole.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position within a clean, modern, and supportive working environment, with the opportunity to go permanent following a successful temporary period.
Duties of the Cable Assembler:

Duties of the Cable Assembler:
- Prepping, cutting and crimping cables
- Building and assembling electrical components and external units
- Following and interpreting electrical diagrams and wiring schematics
- Wiring circuits accurately to specification
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Supporting general assembly and production duties
- Manual handling of products and materials where required
- Previous experience within electrical assembly or wiring
- The ability to read and work from electrical diagrams
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- The ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Early finish every Friday
- Overtime available and paid at enhanced rates
- Friendly team environment and company events
- On-site parking
- Immediate start available
