Role Overview

Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support by managing customer cases from initial enquiry through to resolution. Maintain accurate case records, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure all documentation and communications are completed efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and timely support.
• Manage and maintain accurate case records, documentation, and customer information.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure cases progress smoothly.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in customer service, case management, or administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential.
