About the role
Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative PCB manufacturing company based in Fareham, Due to an ever-expanding order book our clients are looking for experienced solderers.
As a solderer, your role will be to solder components onto PCB boards using Through-hole and fine soldering.

As a solderer, your role will be to solder components onto PCB boards using Through-hole and fine soldering.
Duties for the Solderer:
- Following technical drawings and solderer to required.
- Soldering to IPC standards.
- Soldering small components to PCBs.
- Soldering with a microscope at times.
- PCB soldering experience
- Be able to understand technical drawings
- Solder to good standards
- IPC 610 certificate beneficial
- Good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Get a competitive pay structure
- Early finish on Fridays
- On site Parking
- Friendly work environment
- Monday to Thursday 7.30-16.30 and early finish on Fridays 12:30pm
