Trusts and Foundation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our dynamic fundraising team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding from trusts and foundations. You will research and identify potential funding opportunities, write compelling grant proposals, and maintain relationships with existing funders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in fundraising, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include creating and managing a comprehensive grants calendar, ensuring all applications and reports are submitted on time. You will evaluate funding opportunities and align them with our strategic objectives, while also monitoring the effectiveness of funded projects. Additionally, you will prepare and present progress reports to funders, showcasing the impact of their contributions. You will also be expected to collaborate with program teams to gather data and case studies that illustrate the outcomes of our work.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, with at least three years of experience in fundraising or grant writing. A proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with funders, along with strong analytical and organizational skills, is essential. Familiarity with fundraising databases and tools is a plus.
