• Qualified accountant with ICAS or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in overseeing a financial reporting function with multiple sets of accounts
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organisational abilities

Day-to-day, you'll be involved in:

• Overseeing financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Leading month-end and year-end close activities
• Providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making
• Mentoring finance team members and liaising with senior management
• Supporting process improvements and ensuring compliance
