Unity Education Trust are recruiting for a dedicated compassionate and highly motivated Pastoral Lead to join our team across The Bridges Academies, This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about supporting vulnerable, disadvantaged and high-needs pupils, improving attendance, and helping children overcome barriers to learning.
As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in safeguarding, attendance, family engagement and pastoral support, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
About the Role
The Pastoral Lead will work closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and SENCO to provide high-quality pastoral support and targeted interventions for children and families. The successful candidate will lead attendance monitoring and interventions, support vulnerable pupils, and help create a nurturing environment where all children feel safe, valued and ready to learn.
This role includes acting as a Designated Safeguarding Lead across the Federation, leading day-to-day safeguarding actions, supporting families, and working collaboratively with staff and external agencies to improve outcomes for pupils.
