We're recruiting for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys winning business, negotiating sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

With minimal administration, you'll be able to focus on building relationships, securing sales and generating new business while benefiting from an excellent commission structure.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers through to agreed sales
• Book market appraisals for the valuers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Proactively generate new business opportunities
• Support junior members of the team where required
• Consistently exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Negotiator
• Proven track record within residential property sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Proactive, target-driven approach
• Strong local knowledge would be advantageous

What's on Offer?

• £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary (DOE)
• OTE of £50,000+
