Core Trainee - General Medicine - Mater Infirmorum Hospital
Locum Core Trainee (SHO/F2/CT/IMT level) required for General Medicine at the Mater Infirmorum Hospital, Belfast. This locum covers 27-28 August 2026, working 08:00-17:00 daily at £50/hr assignment rate.
The Mater Infirmorum Hospital's Medicine department within Unscheduled Care at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust requires locum cover at SHO level. You will work as part of the acute medical team providing inpatient care, clerking admissions, managing ward patients, and supporting the medical assessment unit. The role suits doctors at F2, CT, ST, GP, or IMT level comfortable with acute general medicine presentations.
Requirements: Valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and minimum 2 professional references. Experience in acute or general medicine preferred.
