Specialty Doctor - General Medicine (Out-of-Hours) - Craigavon Area Hospital
Locum Specialty Doctor required for General Internal Medicine out-of-hours cover at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is an overnight shift on 18 October 2026 (20:30-09:00) at £60/hr assignment rate.
The Medicine department at Craigavon Area Hospital requires experienced middle-grade cover for overnight on-call duties. You will provide senior decision-making support for acute medical admissions, manage the medical take, review deteriorating patients, and liaise with on-call consultants. This role requires a doctor at Specialty Doctor, Staff Grade, or equivalent level with strong acute medicine skills.
Requirements: Valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and minimum 2 professional references. Significant experience in acute or general internal medicine essential.
