The Role
As a CNC Miller, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing precision components while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and/or programming CNC milling machines.
• Producing precision components from detailed engineering drawings.
• Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Adjusting tooling, offsets and programmes to maintain quality and maximise efficiency.
• Working to tight tolerances while meeting production targets.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and workmanship.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Working closely with the wider production team to ensure efficient workflow.

 
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with experienced CNC Millers who have a passion for precision engineering.
You’ll ideally have:
Proven experience as a CNC Miller within a precision engineering environment.
Ability to set and/or programme CNC milling machines.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Experience machining to tight tolerances.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
A reliable, proactive and positive approach.
