Data Entry Operative

Data Entry Operative roles available working PM Shifts for an award winning global document storage company at their brand new site in Rugby (CV23 9LP) with free parking onsite!! It is essential you have your own transport due to poor transport links to site.

Hours & Shifts:  Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm (1400-2200)

Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour

As Data Entry Operative you will be working in an office environment within their warehouse based in Rugby with responsibility for the following:

• Keying information from documents into the computer to register the document in the system
• Preparing boxes of documents ready for scanning 
• Separating sheets, removing staples, separating booklets etc
• Scanning the documents using various types of scanning machines
• A target driven operation with tight deadlines

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

• Data Entry Operative, Administration, Warehouse or Production background ideally but not essential
• Full training will be provided for those without experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic keyboarding skills 
• Ability to work in a targeted environment
• Good dexterity
• Your own transport is essential

 
The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check, Credit check and provide verifiable employment/ education history as part of the process.
