Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 4:00pm (Alternate Weekends)

Our client, a successful main dealership used car site based in Lincoln, is looking to recruit an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a proven background in the motor trade to join a busy dealership offering a strong used car stock, realistic earning potential and genuine career progression. With a £24,000 basic salary, uncapped OTE of £50,000 - £55,000, and a company car, this role offers an excellent package for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly used car sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Accurately maintain customer records and activity using the dealership CRM system.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries both in person, over the phone and online.
• Present finance, warranties and additional products to maximise profitability.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across the used vehicle range.
• Ensure all sales are completed compliantly and professionally.

Your Background & Skills

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
