A well-established and highly regarded Surrey law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Oxted.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join a friendly and supportive environment, working alongside experienced practitioners on a broad range of high-quality private client matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Court of Protection and Deputyship matters (desirable but not essential)

The firm is seeking a personable and client-focused solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Private Client matters
• Experience handling wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration files
• Strong technical and client care skills
• The ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• A proactive and collaborative approach
