Location: Fully remote
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus commission and attractive OTE
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive new-business growth and play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial success.
This is a hands-on position for a proven sales leader who can build strategy, develop pipeline, close major deals and lead others by example.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the new-business sales strategy.
• Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Lead major client discussions, negotiations and closures.
• Set targets and improve sales performance.
• Coach and support the sales team.
• Provide accurate forecasting and commercial reporting.
What we are looking for
• Proven senior B2B sales experience.
• A strong record of revenue growth and target achievement.
• Experience closing high-value deals.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• A commercial, resilient and results-driven approach.
Experience in B2B events, SaaS, media, recruitment, data or financial services would be highly relevant
