Learning & Development Coordinator

Northamptonshire, UK Henderson Brown Recruitment Learning & Development coordinator Are you an experienced L&D professional who can take ownership of learning activity from initial request through to delivery? This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who is organised, practical and confident supporting training activity across a busy environment. Location: Northamptonshire Salary: Competitive Contract: Fixed-term contract Working pattern: Hybrid The Role You will support the coordination and delivery of learning and development activity across the business, including: Managing training requests, bookings and learner queries Setting up and maintaining courses within the LMS Supporting managers and stakeholders with day-to-day training requirements Monitoring participation, completion and learner feedback Maintaining accurate training records and supporting basic reporting Managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requirements About You You will ideally have: Previous experience within learning and development or training Hands-on experience using or administering an LMS Confidence facilitating learning sessions Confident stakeholder-management and communication skills The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment A practical, collaborative and learner-focused approachExperience within a fast-paced environment or a relevant learning qualification would be advantageous.
