Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of the retail environment, including staff, customers, and merchandise. You will patrol the premises, monitor surveillance equipment, and conduct routine inspections to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities. Additionally, you will respond to alarms and incidents, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as you will interact with both customers and staff regularly. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, along with a valid security guard license. You must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, as well as adapt to a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
