Support Worker | West Malling £25,845 per annum (pro rata full time (39 hours)) | Part time 37.5 hour contracts - 30 hour contracts - 24 hour contracts Full UK driving manual license is essential due to the needs of the service and the people we support, it is also a requirement to have some support worker experience supporting with similar needs. About the Role We're looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in West Malling, supporting seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern to live the lives they choose. You'll play an important role in helping people develop their independence, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences both at home and in their local community. The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities including: • Swimming • Bowling • Visiting local parks and attractions • Seeing family and friends • Shopping trips • Arts, crafts and activities at home No two days are ever the same, making this a genuinely rewarding and varied role.
