Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Join our team on a full-time, on-site night shift working 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM. About You: You’ll be experienced in general maintenance and repairs, confident working across building fabric, equipment checks, and everyday site issues. You take pride in keeping a warehouse environment safe, organised, and fully operational, with a practical mindset and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: •    Complete planned maintenance and carry out safe, timely repairs across the warehouse. •    Respond quickly to maintenance issues, diagnosing faults and resolving problems effectively. •    Support the upkeep of building fabric, including doors, racking, minor plumbing, painting, and general repairs. •    Carry out safety checks and ensure compliance with site standards and procedures. •    Maintain accurate records of work completed and support contractor activity on site. •    Work collaboratively with Operations teams, supporting small layout changes and improvement activities. Skills & Experience: •    Practical experience in maintenance or facilities work within a warehouse or industrial setting. •    Strong general repair skills (mechanical, electrical basics, building fabric). •    Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices. •    Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly. •    Positive, reliable, and safety‑focused approach.
