We are currently seeking Support Workers to support both Adults and Children for our well established client based in Wrexham. We require candidates to have 6 months experience working as a Support Worker in the UK and have previous experience in the followinf settings;

Your role as a Support Worker will be supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a community setting. You will be encouraging independance with daily living tasks and supporting the service users with hobbies, activities and social engagement. We have the following shifts available:
Days – 9am – 10pm
Nights – 10:30pm – 9am
