Welding Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Welding Superintendent to oversee and manage all welding operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that welding processes are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. Duties include supervising and coordinating the work of welding teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that all projects meet quality specifications. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing best practices in welding processes, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to support project planning and execution. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring that all welding tools are in optimal condition. Additionally, you will conduct regular training sessions for welding staff, promoting safety measures and adherence to protocols.
