Retail Relief Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Relief Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff within our retail premises. Your primary duties will include monitoring store premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and any suspicious activity while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will conduct regular patrols, perform security checks, and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies to mitigate risks and ensure public safety.

As a Retail Relief Security Officer, you will work collaboratively with store management and law enforcement when necessary. You will also be tasked with writing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate logs of security activities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with staff, customers, and external agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent observational skills, and a proactive approach to security challenges. Previous experience in retail security or a related field is preferred, along with a valid security license where required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also essential for this role.
