Our client is looking for a Solicitor to focus on a broad caseload of both corporate and commercial matters to meet their client’s needs and objectives. The firm is recognised within the Legal 500 across all practice areas including, Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation.

Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join the team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in corporate/commercial to further their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage and oversee complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Advise on corporate governance issues and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and stay abreast of legal developments.
• Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to their professional development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
