Marketing Manager

Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of a Marketing Manager, to join their business based in Buckinghamshire. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll own the marketing plan across global markets, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and external agencies. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone confident in campaign execution, event management, PR, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver global marketing strategies and campaigns Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and internal communications Oversee content, literature, and video production Handle website enquiries, budget submissions, and PR activities Collaborate with digital, creative, and web agencies Analyse customer journeys and optimise lead generation About You: Strong B2B marketing background, ideally in aerospace/defence or a technical sector Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable) Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing (preferred) Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Proactive, collaborative, and capable of leading with influence Please note candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
