Attleborough, Norfolk Eko Talent Job Title: Site Operative £35,000 + Overtime DAY SHIFT My client, a leading material processing company are seeking a Site Operator to join their growing team. This role will involve supporting manufacturing processes across the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production plants, carrying out basic maintenance of recovery systems, and safely monitoring plant operations to ensure optimal site performance. Site Operator – Key Responsibilities * Carry out basic maintenance of plant systems to ensure efficient operation * Monitor site outputs and processes using a range of control systems * Complete routine inspections across all plant processes * Promote and maintain the highest standards of health and safety * Accurately record plant data using CMMS systems * Operate a variety of plant machinery on site Site Operator – Skills & Experience * Experience with basic mechanical or electrical maintenance. * Experience operating plant machinery such as telehandlers, forklifts, and loading shovels * Ability to carry out machinery inspections and support scheduled maintenance activities If you are interested in this Site Operator position, please submit an up-to-date CV via this advert.
