Relief Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Relief Retail Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers within retail locations. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols of the premises, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. You will also be tasked with identifying and addressing potential security risks, deterring theft, and handling incidents in a professional manner while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.

Successful candidates will possess excellent observational skills and attention to detail, allowing for the quick identification of suspicious behavior. You should be able to communicate effectively with team members and customers alike, fostering a welcoming atmosphere while upholding safety standards. Previous security experience is preferred, and a valid SIA license is essential. Flexibility in working hours is required, as you will be covering shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
