Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our security operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and integrity of our organization's assets and personnel. You will lead a team of security professionals, coordinating daily activities and ensuring compliance with established security policies. Your expertise will be essential in identifying vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and managing incident response plans to effectively mitigate potential threats.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, with proven experience in leading security teams and projects. Responsibilities include conducting regular security audits, analyzing data to identify trends, and reporting on security performance metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop training programs and raise awareness about security best practices. Additionally, you will liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary to ensure a robust response to security incidents.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to work under pressure. A relevant degree and industry certifications, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP), are preferred.
