Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a diligent and observant Retail Security Officer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our retail environment. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities. Your duties will include conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the store to deter potential offenders. You will also be tasked with reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to management and local authorities when necessary.

Additionally, you will assist in the training of staff on security protocols and emergency procedures while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong observational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in retail security or a related field is preferred. A valid security license and knowledge of safety regulations are essential for this position.
