Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and providing information about promotions and sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.

Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process payments accurately, and assist with returns and exchanges when necessary. As a Retail Assistant, you will work closely with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a collaborative and friendly work environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
