We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Tamworth for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join their busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Paper-based order picking.
- Using a Handheld Terminal (HHT) to process stock and orders.
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.
- Manual handling duties, including lifting boxes weighing up to 25kg.
- Ensuring stock is stored accurately and safely.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Valid Reach Truck Licence and PPT licence (essential).
- Previous warehouse picking and packing experience.
- Experience using Handheld Terminals (HHT) is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to commute reliably to the Tamworth site.
