HR AdvisorLocation: Leeds (Hybrid Working) Salary: Up to £40,000 + BenefitsWe're recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established business based in Leeds. This is a varied generalist HR role with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations and HR operations, supporting a multi-site workforce.Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising through to onboardingSupport hiring managers with recruitment, ATS management and agency liaisonCoordinate onboarding, inductions and new starter processesManage the leaver process, including exit interviews and documentationProvide HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance mattersMaintain HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and GDPRSupport absence, holiday and wellbeing processes, including EAP signpostingAssist with payroll administrationContribute to HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement initiativesProvide day-to-day HR administrative support
About YouYou'll be an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys building relationships and supporting managers across the business.
Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR roleCIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)Strong knowledge of UK employment lawPrevious payroll administration experienceConfident using Microsoft Office and HR systemsExcellent organisational and communication skills
