Lead Engineer

Lincolnshire, UK D R Newitt & Associates A well-established food manufacturing business are looking to recruit a Lead Engineer for one of its high-volume production sites in Boston, Lincolnshire. The Opportunity Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead from the front on shift, supporting the engineering team while ensuring production equipment is maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to identify improvements, implement engineering solutions and help shape the future of the site. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, reducing downtime, improving asset reliability and supporting ongoing investment projects across the factory.
