Security Officer - Dedicated Relief - NATS Swanwick

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Security Officer to join our team in a relief capacity at a premier aviation facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and valuable assets. Key responsibilities include monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols of the premises, and responding promptly to alarms and incidents. You will be expected to enforce access control procedures and ensure compliance with established safety regulations, while also providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in a security role is preferred, along with a valid SIA license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of individuals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.
