Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Retail Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff within the retail setting. Your primary duties will include monitoring the premises through surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a security role is preferred, along with a solid understanding of retail operations and loss prevention strategies.
