Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our team and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the retail premises, observing for any signs of suspicious activity or theft. Your keen attention to detail will enable you to identify potential security risks and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring the safety of all individuals on site. You will also assist in the investigation of theft and loss prevention, collaborating with local law enforcement when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with customers and employees while maintaining a visible security presence. Duties will also include documenting incidents and preparing reports, as well as participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures. A valid security officer license and previous experience in a retail environment are preferred, but not mandatory.
