Principal CS&A Engineer (Structural)

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal CS&A Engineer (Structural) to lead and manage engineering projects related to civil, structural, and architectural disciplines. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of structural systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet project objectives. Your expertise will be critical in conducting structural assessments, preparing detailed engineering reports, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of structural design principles, experience with various materials such as steel, concrete, and composite structures, and proficiency in relevant engineering software. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership roles, is essential.
