Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a growing project-led business with the appointment of a Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding the story behind the numbers and wants to play a more commercial role within the business.

Working directly alongside the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality management information while partnering with operational stakeholders to improve forecasting, project performance, reporting and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering with operational teams
• Project profitability and performance analysis
• Cashflow and working capital reporting
• Variance analysis and management reporting
• Process improvement and controls

We're keen to speak with individuals who have:

• Management accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within a project-led, engineering, construction, contracting, manufacturing, utilities or similar environment

This role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to genuinely influence business performance rather than simply produce numbers.
