What’s involved?

As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, strong team leadership and efficient kitchen operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the kitchen team.
• Creating and costing seasonal menus.
• Delivering consistently high-quality food using fresh ingredients.
• Managing stock, GP and kitchen performance.
• Running busy services and leading by example.
• Training both BOH and FOH teams on new menu launches.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
