Rail Civils Supervisor

We are recruiting for a growing rail civil engineering contractor delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects across the UK.  The role is ideally suited to candidates based in the South East / London Home Counties, although nationwide travel and working away will be required. Accommodation and meal allowance are provided when staying away, with the next project due to commence in Scotland. The Role You will be responsible for supervising the delivery of rail civils projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities • Supervising site teams, subcontractors and suppliers • Coordinating labour, plant and materials • Delivering works safely and in accordance with Network Rail standards • Carrying out site inspections, quality checks and toolbox talks • Completing site documentation, permits and progress reports • Liaising with Project Managers, engineers, clients and depot representatives • Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest health and safety standards Requirements • Previous experience supervising rail civil engineering projects • SSSTS or SMSTS • COSS certification • Full UK Driving Licence • Strong leadership and communication skills • Willingness to travel and work away from home when required This permanent vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Benjamin-Grace who are operating as an Employment Agency.
