Teaching Assistant – SEND Hub

Location: Central Doncaster
Hours: Full Time (4 days per week may be considered)

Provide Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in central Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established SEND Hub, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs across different age groups.

The role involves working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support that helps pupils achieve their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

The Role

• Support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Work with students of mixed ages within the school’s SEND Hub.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote independence.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
• Patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.
• Relevant TA qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
